Charles comes to PxP with over 20 years’ experience of developing strategies for high revenue and profit growth businesses. As a partner at Deloitte he helped companies make sense of their markets and take critical choices to drive growth, often within the focused period of private equity ownership. A desire to bring clients a genuine point of differentiation and insight led him to develop a deeper understanding of customer behaviour and what makes strategies successful. This now sits at the heart of PxP and can be delivered at pace and scale through PxP’s augmented intelligence technology.

Andrew Lea

Andrew Lea is a long-time practitioner of Artificial Intelligence and data analytics, which he has applied to many areas from industry and commerce, through government, to scientific. Andrew’s interest in AI was kindled first at Selwyn College, Cambridge when he read biology and developed at Birckbeck College, London when he studied Computer Science. Andrew is a Fellow of the British Computer Society, where he is a member of the Specialist Group in AI steering committee, and helps organise their annual AI conference in Cambridge.

Tim Russell
Lead AI Engineer
Tim combines a love for language with expertise in AI and Computer Science. Having completed a BA in English Language and Literature, Tim then gained a Distinction in his MSc. As part of this degree Tim focused on AI and machine learning techniques, along with neuroscience, and applying the study of biological intelligence, adaptivity and evolution to practical problems within Computer Science. Tim has nearly a decade’s experience in AI development, including Natural Language Processing techniques.

Dr Paul Marsden
cPsychol, PhD, FRSA
Paul is a consultant consumer psychologist who helps brands understand the hidden motives that drive buyer behaviour. Commercialising his PhD in psychology, Paul co-founded System1 PLC, one of the first research agencies to use machine learning to reveal unmet consumer needs. Paul lectures in consumer psychology and marketing at the business school of UAL’s London College of Fashion, and is author of a number of marketing textbooks including Connected Marketing and the Social Commerce Handbook. Paul is a reformed bodybuilder, scuba diving fanatic and a loyal fan of the Miami Heat.
